In this online information session I'm partnering with Nathan MacArthur from Sydney Grief Counselling Services, to discuss key ideas and challenges following an anticipated death. We also provide useful strategies to cope.

In this session we discuss:

the unique challenges experienced after a death which may have been anticipated (e.g. following an illness)

anticipatory grief and cumulative loss

managing guilt, blame and anger

the impacts of trauma

strategies to cope in the first few months and in the years to come
We will end with a live question and answer session.

We offer this 90-minute event for the fair price of A$37.00. This includes access to the recording for 30 days.

Will other people be able to see me?
​
These sessions take place online using a program called 'Zoom'. You are welcome to attend the session with your webcam and microphone switched off.
Questions can be asked using the 'Chat' function, which allows you type messages. You will be able to see and hear the presentation and remain completely anonymous if you wish to.

Can family and friends watch the session with me?
​
You are welcome to watch this session with as many members of your household as you would like. You do NOT have to buy additional tickets for each person who's watching on the same device. Please feel welcome to forward this email to friends or family who don't live with you so they can register for their own ticket.
